Chef Lori Charles is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami who consistently proves herself as a well-seasoned and motivated culinary professional.
Upon graduation, Chef Lori received additional culinary training at the prestigious Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, and Chesa Veglia in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
Everett does not have a specialty genre in cooking. He does it all!
Originally from Massachusetts, he attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Fl.
Offers West Coast Cuisine specialty.

Born in Cordoba, Argentina, Walter finished high school and immigrated to Italy to stay with his cousins, where he studied in Milan at the Albérrguiera school to study as a chef.
He lived for several years in Torino, northern Italy, in the Beneton area.
On October 16, 2001, Walter was hired by a corporation of Italian restaurants in Miami (mezza norte, Carnavale, Mezza Lunna, Carpaccio).
His life took a fantastic turn working in the United States, As the next step was working as a private chef for Hilary Clinton.
During this time, he also worked as a personal chef and focused on French catering (Thierry culinary) and Constellations culinary. His forte is Italian, Argentine, Peruvian, and French food.
Kevin took to cooking like a fish in water. When you need a Cape Cod personal chef, Kevin knows the right solution for your requirements.
When he completed high school in Maryland, he went to work full-time on the Cape.
He was called to relocate to the Washington, DC area. He worked for the Metro area’s famous L’ Auberge Chez Francois for eight years.
Then left to join the Stouffers Hotel kitchen staff and became Head Chef for Evans Farm Inn in McLean, Virginia.
