If your wedding happens to be too large for our special services you can consider us for a more casual, relaxed evening before or after your incredible wedding day. Here are some great suggestions for the best (and fun!) wedding catering events. Bachelor Party We recommend a pig roast or ribs and chicken BBQ to add to your outdoor fun. Like the one we just did in Falmouth with 35 guys and a pool overlooking Falmouth Harbor . Bachelorette Party We recommend a tapas evening. Most of the time we find these gatherings stretch out with the merriment wine and food tasting. Rehearsal Dinner We recommend a traditional clambake or a buffet with casual fare like our favorite flank steak grilled and a freshly caught local fish. Brunch the Day After We recommend a casual pastry sausage bacon juice bar and omelet station, or buffet spread out over a couple of hours, so everyone gets a chance to sleep in and come by to say goodbye to the families before heading off Cape. Private Dinner for the Bride and Groom For their first night together, a private Chef prepares a 3-course meal in the privacy of your own summer cottage or rental. Size of Kitchen is important. Kevin and I went to one of the famous Truro’s Days Cottages to prepare a dinner for a nice couple. The room being small, the couple opted to wait outside while the chef prepared a sumptuous meal.
